Tastes great, not filling

1oz portions only is massively too small. Also these would be great carb free snacks if only you would find a way to not use a grain-based flour.

These are pretty good!

I’ve been looking for crunchy crispy high umami snacks with healthy benefits, but most are grain based chemically processed foam of some kind… but these are great! Doesn’t have a down side I can find apart from wanting more.
